SALES TERMS

All orders require a 50% deposit (non-refundable). Lead times begin with receipt of deposit payment and can vary on a product-by-product basis. Actual lead times will be discussed and agreed upon when orders are placed. All products ship when the order balance due is paid in full.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary product to product and may be affected by such things as finish chosen, material availability, etc. Product lead times are generally between 4 - 16 weeks. Estimated lead times are available on product tear sheets and online product pages. Please feel free to contact us with questions or for information specific to our products and/or your project needs. Lead times begin with receipt of deposit payment and approval of custom elements.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

We accommodate some customization with our "made-to-order" furniture. Quotes will be provided for custom inquiries where final sale price may be affected based on finish, size or custom product configurations. Lead times on product customizations are subject to change and will begin only when all elements are approved.

SHIPPING

We ship world-wide for our customers and are please to arrange logistics on your behalf via one of our standard carriers. Shipping costs for long distance order delivery is determined when the order is quoted and may take up to 72hrs to procure. If you would prefer to arrange shipment via your own carrier, or would like to pick-up items in person, we can hold finished products (unpacked) at one of our Brooklyn, NY locations for up to 20 days from completion. 

WARRANTY

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years against and structural or functional defects/failures. If a problem occurs with your product, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace the defective product or product component. A NOTE ON FINISHES & NATURAL MATERIALS: Natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and other textiles are unique and may vary in appearance from application to application. All of our finishes are hand applied using time-tested methodologies. In addition to providing unique characteristics to the design of a piece, finishes are meant to protect the materials used from future wear and change in appearance due to exposure to such things as sunlight, moisture and other environmental factors. That said, all materials change over time. We put unparalleled care in to each step of the design/build process and recognize the "living" nature of the materials we use.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to fix the issue. Damages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 5 business days of receipt. 

RETURNS

Our products are made-to-order. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Once an order is placed, cancellations cannot be accommodated. Our goal is to provide our clients with something they love that lasts. We believe all of our products should do that. If you are for unhappy with your purchase reasons beyond damage occured in delivery, please let us know why and we will work with you to determine the best option to address it.
